CareerAssist AI is an AI-powered career readiness and employability platform designed to help institutions and learners improve career preparation through:

• Opportunity discovery
• Job matching
• Cover letter assistance
• Recruiter outreach support
• Interview preparation
• Mock interviews
• Career readiness analytics
• Employability intelligence

CareerAssist AI is intended to support career preparation and employability improvement. CareerAssist AI is NOT a recruitment agency, staffing company, employment exchange, placement consultancy, or hiring organization.

CareerAssist AI does not guarantee:

• Employment
• Job offers
• Interviews
• Recruiter responses
• Internships
• Placements
• Salary levels
• Promotions
• Career advancement

CareerAssist AI provides tools, workflows, guidance, analytics, and AI-assisted support intended to improve readiness and employability. Actual hiring decisions remain solely with employers.

Success depends on numerous factors including qualifications, skills, market conditions, competition, experience, communication abilities, and employer requirements. No representation is made that any user will secure employment through use of the platform.

Access may be provided through:

• Individual subscriptions
• Institutional subscriptions
• Educational partnerships
• Enterprise agreements
• Promotional access programs

Access is granted solely for the duration and scope defined by the applicable subscription, license, or agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.

Each authorized user may be assigned an individual account. Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• Ensuring accurate account information
• Reporting unauthorized access

Users are responsible for all activity occurring through their accounts.

Each account is licensed to a single authorized user. The following are prohibited:

• Sharing usernames
• Sharing passwords
• Shared institutional logins
• Multiple individuals using one account
• Credential lending
• Credential resale
• Credential transfer

If account sharing is detected, CareerAssist AI may:

• Immediately suspend access
• Permanently terminate accounts
• Restrict future access
• Suspend associated institutional licenses
• Block future registrations

Termination due to account sharing or misuse shall not entitle the user or institution to any refund, credit, or compensation.

Users agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Submit fraudulent information
• Misrepresent identity
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Circumvent platform restrictions
• Exploit vulnerabilities
• Disrupt service availability

Users must use the platform only for legitimate career preparation and employability-related purposes.

The following activities are expressly prohibited:

Any such activity may result in immediate account termination.

CareerAssist AI uses artificial intelligence systems to generate recommendations, insights, content, analyses, and suggestions. Users acknowledge that:

• AI outputs may contain errors
• AI outputs may be incomplete
• AI outputs require human review
• AI outputs should not be considered professional advice

Users remain solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.

Institutions must ensure that:

• Only authorized users access the platform
• Purchased license limits are respected
• Students comply with these Terms
• Credentials are not shared

CareerAssist AI reserves the right to audit usage patterns where misuse is suspected. Institutions may be asked to purchase additional licenses if usage exceeds contracted limits.

Fees paid for subscriptions, licenses, institutional access, onboarding services, or related services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. No refunds shall be issued for:

• Failure to obtain employment
• Failure to receive interviews
• Lack of platform usage
• Account suspension due to misuse
• Account termination due to Terms violations
• Credential sharing violations

All platform content including:

• Software
• Workflows
• Agent architectures
• Designs
• Branding
• Logos
• Documentation
• Methodologies
• Training materials

remain the exclusive property of CareerAssist AI and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect platform data. However, no system can guarantee complete security. Users acknowledge and accept this risk.

CareerAssist AI may integrate with:

• LinkedIn
• Job boards
• Cloud providers
• Communication services
• Analytics providers

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party outages
• Third-party content
• Third-party policies
• Third-party security practices

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerAssist AI shall not be liable for:

• Lost employment opportunities
• Hiring decisions
• Lost income
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Reliance on AI-generated outputs

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user or institution during the preceding twelve months.

CareerAssist AI may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• Terms are violated
• Credentials are shared
• Abuse is detected
• Fraud is suspected
• Security risks arise
• Unauthorized access occurs

Termination may occur without prior notice. CareerAssist AI reserves sole discretion in determining violations.

We may modify:

• Features
• Pricing
• Functionality
• AI agents
• Workflows
• Integrations

at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
